GENERAL POLICY

At DiDiNailsNYC, we deeply value our clients and technicians. We endeavor to ensure a harmonious environment, maintaining a consistent standard for all—absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS ever made for any circumstances including any sort of emergencies.

Policy remains effective for everyone even if the service was booked less than an hour before scheduled time. 
Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our updated policies: 

DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of booked service (NYC service sales tax will be applied) will be charged from the card on file 72 to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. You may reschedule your service at least 24 hours before your scheduled service time for a time that is within 30 days of the originally scheduled service date, and in such case your deposit will be applied to the rescheduled service date. If you choose to cancel after deposit has been charged, the deposit will be forfeited.
Please note that no rescheduling allowed less than 24 hours, otherwise fees applied.

ARRIVAL
We request you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Our policy allows for a grace period of up to 10 minutes after scheduled service time with prior notification. 
Unfortunately, late arrivals can not be granted extended service times. Services truncated due to tardiness will incur the full charge of the originally scheduled appointment. Be advised that we reserve the right to refuse service FOR ALL LATE ARRIVALS or modify the initially booked services (including removing add-ons or specific gel nail colors) without the price reduction. YOU WILL BE CHARGED A FULL PRICE for shorten service and we can't guarantee detailed work due to limited time. If you refuse to get a shortened service, you will be charged 100% fee as last minute cancellation. Late arrivals shorten the available time for the technician to work on a client's manicure/pedicure, and may also interfere with the following client's appointment. We ask our clients to plan the day accordingly before their appointment, and urge clients to account for potential delays relating to traffic, parking, and adverse weather. Appointments delayed by more than 15 minutes will be deemed as a non-show or canceled. This will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the service's total cost. If the client paid a deposit, the amount of deposit will be forfeited and the difference will be charged from the card on file.

NO-SHOW & CANCELLATIONS
No-shows and untimely cancellations leave gaps in our schedule that cannot be filled from the cancellation list, which, in turn, result in a loss of revenue. Thus, DidiNailsNY requires clients to provide a 24-hour notice of any cancellation or service change to avoid a cancellation fee. Any changes made before 24-hours do not require any explanation. Once a deposit is charged, the appointment can only be rescheduled in a period of 24 hours before the booked time and the deposit will be transferred to the next appointment. ?ancellation will result in forfeiting the 100% deposit. Deposit is non-refundable. If on the day of the scheduled appointment client cancels or fails to show up for the appointment, then the client will be charged the full amount of the service cost. The deposit will forfeit, and any remaining amount will be charged from the card on file. Canceling or rescheduling the day before but less than 24 hours during business hours (9am - 7pm), will result in full deposit loss. Any notification received after 7pm will be treated as same day cancellation and charged 100% fee of booked service. You hereby authorize us to charge your card in accordance with these cancellation/no-show policies. You may reschedule your service at least 24 hours before your scheduled service time for a time that is within 30 days of the originally scheduled service date, and in such event your deposit will be applied to the rescheduled service date. 

REFUND POLICY
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR DEPOSITS AFTER 48 HOURS AND AFTER SERVICES ARE RENDERED.
A client pays for the technician’s time, products, and other expenses used to provide the service. No refunds will be given for any reason on service(s) or products. If a client is unhappy with the quality of service, the client may contact us within 72 hours of the appointment to discuss the possible concerns. Please kindly note that we are not responsible for color or design choices as we ask our client to notify us about any design changes before we apply the top coat and make sure to double-check everything with the client. If a client does not inform us that they are dissatisfied with the design or color before the top coat is applied, the salon will not be held responsible. In such cases, the client will be required to pay for any redo as a new service.We don't guarantee detailed work and accept any complains for late arrivals. 
For quality and training purposes technicians will take photos before and after services. 
If a client publicly spreads false or injurious statements about the salon or provided service(s) before contacting the salon to discuss the available options, the client is invalidating any available refund options. This includes messages, reviews on internet sites, social media platforms, and any other reasonably available public viewing locations. We want you to be one-hundred percent pleased with the service(s) you received at DidiNailsNY and will work with you to make you satisfied.

AFTER-HOUR APPOINTMENTS
If a client forgot to book an appointment or for any emergency accessions, we may take the client after our work hours for additional fees, which are $30 for weekdays and $50 for weekends/holidays. Please contact us directly to schedule your after-hours appointment.

MISCELLANEOUS
To the extent that this Policy permits us to charge you for the full price of a service, such as late arrival, cancellation or no-show, you hereby authorize us to charge your credit card on file for such charges.

DISPUTED CHARGE PENALTY.
In the event that a client initiates a credit card dispute that is subsequently resolves our favor,  DidiNailsNY shall have the right to charge the client up to $50 per occurrence to cover Vagaro (booking system) chargeback fees and other expenses. A client who disputes a forfeited deposit, valid charge for a late cancellation, or non-show charge will be subject to this $50 fee. 

Please DO NOT use lotion/oil on your hands 24 hours before your appointment. Gel polish WILL NOT LAST long. It will lift up from cuticle in 5-6 days. 

All clients must be over the age of 16. 

By providing DiDiNailsNYC with your phone number or email address, you hereby grant explicit consent for DiDiNailsNY to contact you regarding your appointment, automated reminders, our services, and any related updates or required forms. This consent includes, but is not limited to, communications via text message (SMS) and email.
Please be informed that as per the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), by providing your contact details, you are willingly permitting DiDiNailsNY to engage in such communications with you. You understand that while DiDiNailsNY does not charge you for these communications, standard message, data rates, or other charges from your mobile carrier or internet service provider may apply. If at any point you wish to withdraw your consent and no longer receive communications from DiDiNailsNY, please notify us directly, and we will honor your request promptly

CONTACT INFORMATION
Voice messages on social media will not be acknowledged.
Any messages and phone calls received between 6pm to 9am will be answered at next business hours.
DiDiNailsNYC’s policies protect our clients' booking availability and maintain optimization of our nail technicians’ time management. Changes or cancellations made on short notice, impact our nail technicians’ ability to find a replacement and prevent another client from booking that appointment.  The high demand and the limited availability we experience means that every appointment is important to the success of our business and the ability to continue providing service to our recurring clients.  Please do not respond to any automatic text messages /emails for communication with us. To communicate with us, you must use our office number +19294548777 or through our Instagram account.  

To ensure quality service, all our technicians are required to take photos of their work for our records. These photos will be used internally to monitor and maintain the highest standards of quality within our company. If a customer refuses to allow photos to be taken for our records, we reserve the right to refuse any complaints related to the service provided.
